We came back from our honeymoon early. Well, we enjoyed ourselves a lot, but I wanted to stay longer with Y/N. The sun had set, casting hues of orange and pink that would stay etched in my memory forever, but reality had pulled me back, fast and harsh. I dropped Y/N off at home, her laughter was dead not ringing in my ears as she waved me goodbye, her eyes still reflecting the sadness for her lost friend.
